Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to sigvelo.com and the services SigVelo makes available through it. By using the site or a service, you agree to these Terms. Last updated .

The service

SigVelo provides information, open-source software links, consulting and product information, contact and waitlist features, and self-service tools that may help you provision software into accounts you control. Features may change as our products and the WebMCP ecosystem develop.

If you have a separate written agreement with SigVelo for paid or professional services, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only in compliance with law and these Terms. You must not:

  • Interfere with, overload, damage, or evade security controls protecting the service.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, credentials, data, or deployment resources.
  • Use the service to distribute malware, infringe rights, deceive others, or facilitate unlawful conduct.
  • Probe or test vulnerabilities without our written authorization.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on an account or resource.

Accounts and provisioning

You are responsible for the accounts, permissions, credentials, and instructions you provide. When you start a provisioning flow, you authorize SigVelo to take the displayed actions in your Cloudflare, GitHub, or other connected account. Review those actions before approving them.

You remain responsible for third-party accounts, resources, usage, fees, configuration, backups, security, and compliance. You can revoke connected access through the relevant provider and may need to delete provisioned resources directly from that provider. Do not use credentials or accounts that you are not authorized to use.

Open-source software

Software identified as open source is governed by its applicable open-source license, not these Terms. Repository notices and license files describe the rights and obligations for each package. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Ownership and feedback

Except for open-source software and third-party materials, SigVelo and its licensors retain all rights in the service, site design, content, trademarks, and technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant SigVelo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate it without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information through general feedback or contact channels.

Third-party services

The service may link to or interoperate with Cloudflare, GitHub, documentation sites, repositories, and other third-party services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, and charges are their responsibility. SigVelo does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the site and services.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SigVelo disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every deployment.

Materials on the site are general technical information, not legal, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether a service or implementation meets your requirements. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SigVelo and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, SigVelo’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid SigVelo for the service giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months or US$100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment under a separate agreement, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

Changes, disputes, and general terms

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SigVelo’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live. Before filing a claim, you and SigVelo agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it informally by email.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A waiver must be in writing. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; SigVelo may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the service. These Terms and any applicable written service agreement are the entire agreement about their subject matter.
